Group Therapy

Group therapy draws on our innate capacity for connection, offering a space where healing can occur in both individual and relational contexts. Through speaking and listening with others, we gain new perspectives on our experiences, feel supported in our challenges, and are accompanied as we move through points of growth and change.

It can be deeply impactful to hear one’s own inner experience reflected in the stories of others, and to discover that we are not alone in what we carry. Many people arrive in group work with a sense that their experience is isolating or difficult to name. In a thoughtfully facilitated group, that isolation often begins to soften as shared themes of being human become visible and held in common space.

I primarily offer closed groups, meaning members join together for a defined period of time and no new participants are added once the group begins. This structure supports trust, continuity, and depth of process within the group container, without requiring ongoing indefinite commitment.

Groups are formed seasonally and organized around specific themes, intentions, or areas of growth.
