Bring Love In

Summer Ceremonies for Love

An 8 week Intensive

Begins Friday, July 12th at 10am PST

I believe that we all have an innate knowing and ability to find satisfying relationships regardless of our upbringing.

It all starts with our relationships to ourselves.

Join us to bring in the love you dream of.

Esther Perel famously said that, “the quality of our relationships determines the quality of our lives.” There are many of us who are still longing for something more from our relationships in some way, shape or form. However, relationships ultimately begin with us as they are a reflection of our relationship to ourselves. There cannot be “we” without you and me. And of course, because all we can ultimately control are the conscious choices we make and the words we speak, the work of cultivating deeper connection starts within us and blooms outward. This is where we'll start in my new 8-week group intensive designed to help us Bring Love In, and this is your invitation…

The more intimacy we develop with ourselves, the stronger connection we can experience in our relationships. Many relationships are often limited because someone is holding back parts of themselves they are too afraid to reveal––oftentimes even to themselves. If deep down we don't believe we're worthy of a loving partnership, or believe that we are broken in some way, these beliefs will find their way into all of our relationships and inform how we relate. When we hold back parts of ourselves, we cut off the possibility of true, authentic connection.

Whether you are a divorcee, never married, fresh out of a relationship or longtime single, if you have a desire for stronger relationships and find yourself repeating the same old patterns, then this intensive is for you. Each of us has been wounded relationally and, therefore, require relational healing. By working through our various styles of attachment, revealing our unexamined patterns, and shifting perspectives on conflict and dating within the confines of a closed group, we get practice in relating to others; in being vulnerable and authentic.

Are you ready to know and reveal more of yourself to the right people?

Some topics we will be exploring in depth:

Revealing the unconscious patterns standing in the way of partnership

Attachment style(s) and strategies to heal in relationship

Conflict as a means of deepening connection

Re-orienting away from our search for “The One” and

toward “Becoming the One.”

"Make Dating Fun Again"

Getting clear on how your childhood shapes the way you relate to others and handle conflict taken from Terry Real's “Relational Life Therapy.”

Ways we will get there:

Weekly 90 minute meetings.

Group support on the app Signal.

Visualization and somatic work

Weekly exercises, prompts

Intermittent Ritual Work

Group Therapy

Group therapy is a means of harnessing our innate sense of connection in order to support our healing on both the individual and communal level. Through talking with, and listening to, others we gain new perspectives on our challenges and have access to a larger support network that can help us navigate our growing edge while also holding us accountable.

It can be astonishing to hear our own experiences reflected back to us in the stories of others and learn we are not alone. It is common for many to feel that no one understands what they are going through. But with a group organized around a specific subject or goal, we suddenly find ourselves immersed in a community that knows exactly how we feel, and freed from isolating narrative of our “aloneness”.

Most often, I offer work in “Closed Groups”, meaning, members come together for a pre-determined length of time and no other members are permitted to join during the duration. This ensures a stability in the space, without ongoing commitment for its members. New groups will be formed at seasonal intervals around specific topics or ambitions to be set in advance.
